What do you mean?? What do you want to do? I don't think you can have a block within a block.

EG

MAIN BLOCK
----- SUB BLOCK WITHIN MAIN BLOCK
----- SUB BLOCK WITHIN MAIN BLOCK

ANOTHER MAIN BLOCK
----- SUB BLOCK WITHIN MAIN BLOCK
----- SUB BLOCK WITHIN MAIN BLOCK

like xoops.org main page

they have

Latest XOOPS news (Main block)
---- Security Bulletin (sub block)
---- Themes (sub block)
---- XOOPS (sub block)
---- Modules (sub block)
---- YAXS (sub block)

I think what you want to do can be done using the Blocks admin section. In the center you have left, right and center blocks that all go in the "center" block. By setting those and the order, I think you can get what you want.

no i want to have a center block with blocks within it.

I want to have a main center block called Hosting Plans, then smaller left and right blocks with in it with names of our hosting plans in it.
