alightFC theme problem in Firefox

I like the alightFC theme and would really like to use it but there seems to be a problem with it. I guess who ever made it uses IE since the display isn't right in Firefox (linux and win version).
The top navigation bar has a pull down function which works fine in IE (the pull down menu shows below the link) In Firefox the pulldown menu always shows completely on the left of the screen. Is there a way to fix this myself? (total php newbie) Since my site is focused on linux and most of the users use Firefox or Mozilla (like me) the theme would otherwise be useless.

Regards

I have this exact problem. Is there anyone who can supply code to support firefox in this way? If not, maybe some alternate code?

Thanks a lot!

Where can i download this theme. Maybe I can help.

Edit: found it, will look at it for you.

Just thought i'd also point out that Javascript drop down menus are a pain because they dont all work in in certain browsers.

Well, i tried adding a new one which was supposed to work in both IE and Firefox.

But guess what, it worked in Firefox but not IE. The navbar also looks different in IE which isnt good either.

So, i give up.

I can give this to someone else to look at whoever want to take this on.

I agree, this is a very good theme.. You can just open the theme.html file in any WYSIWYG editor or any editor of your choice.. and remove the links manually..

I chose to leave the horizontal bar as it lends a clean and organized look..

you can check it out at my site loveofknowledge.com

I will soon be trying to edit the news index section because the user doesn't see the Topics and Title of the article (you'll see what i mean if you check out my news section)

Other than that, I believe this theme has a very good look in general..
