Can't access admin phpBB

I'm running phpBB 2.0.11 as a module of XOOPS 2.0.9.2. I've installed the module, and the client portion of the message board seems to be working great! I am unable to get into the admin section. Whenever I click the link that is supposed to take me to the admin section, I get the following error:

I looked at that table in the database, and I'm not quite sure what's wrong.

Ok... I've already partially solved this problem. It turns out that there were 2 users named Anonymous in my database. I deleted one of them, and the error disappeared.

Yeah!!

Now a new problem though... When I click the link to enter the admin page, I get a 404 page not found error even though I can verify that the files are there. This is more confusing to me than the original problem. Anybody have this problem before?
