How did ya get the 'Quote' as an auto-reply?

How did you get the quote button there (as in this forum, under every post) to make a reply starting with the quote from the person's post you clicked Quote on (like in other forums)?

And, if I want to change how quotes are (ie, automatically, instead of 'Name wrote:', it'll say 'Name wrote:'), how can I do so?

Ps. I tried search for it, nothing relevant came up :(

veerryy simple,
under each post, you can see 2 buttons,
(Reply, Quote)

if you're admin, then u can see 4 buttons.
(Edit, Delete, Reply, Quote)

Just use the Quote button.

I don't mean on this forum, on my own. There isn't a Quote button under each post.
