To users of Spotlight - please help:

I have installed Spotlight 2.2 and have got it to display the main spotlight news that I want to display on the front page of my site.

For the 'Other News' section, I selected in the configuration to display 10 news to display. Currently it only displays the 10 latest articles under the same topic as the main news spotlighted. I am trying to get it to display the 10 latest regardless of topics. Is there a way to change that?

Anyone has the same problem here? I've been digging around but can't seem to find any solution.

For me - last 10 regardless of topic shown in Other News in Spotlight

Well I guess I must be doing something wrong then. I did configure the minispotlight to show but I'm not too sure what it does. But that shouldn't have cause other news not to be displayed. I'll try turning that off and see what happens.

It works now. :) I went back to the minispotlight configuration and select 'no' to the 'show articles in this topic' selection and it started displaying it properly. Looks like I need to find out what the Mini Spotlight actually does. Problem solved for now.
