teaser news on front page

Hi,

Is there a module or block that will display a number of news teaser items on the front page. I would like the teaser paragraph and not just the titles. I have tried making the news module the default home page but that means I can't put custom blocks before it.

Any help would be great

Off course you can!

But you can try the News-block 1.0. Find it in Module repository.

How do I do that? All my custon blocks move to the bottom of the page
