Lost Login Module

I was playing around with the blocks, and which classes of users could use which blocks. One such block was the login block. Somehow I set it so that Anonymous users could not view the block. Now I cannot log in as admin, or anyone else. How can I get this back?

Do I need to delete the DB tables and start from stratch? Is there a URL I can use to login?
