I have a question about links and titles in XOOPS.

Is there any way to make all the links to have title="xxx" tag, where xxx is link name?
For example, if i post xoops is cool, there should be added title="xoops is cool" tag to this link automatically.

It will make XOOPS websites to be more valid. Thanks for all ideas and comments.
