Redirect visitor to page by URL

Hello,
does anyone know a module or work around to redirect visitors from certain sites to a specific location on my site?

i.e. someone on a partner site clicks on my button. I want to direct that person to the correct page on my site where they can read about my relations with that partner.

What I would do is the link that they use for the partner link, just have it linked to the page you want it redirected to.
