I have recently installed 2.0.7.3
I have downloaded to upgrade zip for 9.2 but i can't find any good faq to update to the new version.

Also im looking for a faq to install ubb2 since the standard version has to few options for me. This one has the features "you can post edit delete etc"?

Can anyone help me?

to upgrade from 2.0.7.3 to 2.0.9.2 is just a matter of uploading the files and overwriting existing from the upgrade pack..

then goto admin and update the system module..

u can find the newbb2 final module over at http://dev.xoops.org

but i'd suggest installing that after you have updated, as it will save on hassle of more work updating newbb2

I have extracted the update zip to the XOOPS folder.
After that i have updated the system module. Still the version number says 2.73.

Am i doing something wrong?

I found a tutorial finally :)

Looks like i did everything right. But still 2.73.

Found it. I just uploaded /html
but in here are the filkes that has to be replaced

I have succesfully upgraded. After this i have installed newbb2 module. Herefor i replaced al the files of modules/newbb from the XOOPS2_mod_newbb_2.02.zip

Then i updated the forum module. Now the forums are not visible anymore. In the forum tab stands the caterories.
In my database i can still see my forums so they are not gone.

I tried to add an extra categorie and an axtra forum but i get the error "Database error" How can i fix this?
The rest of the site works fine.
