Can't Find The Wizard

I downloaded the Zip for the Windows OS, to my pc, and now and tryin to open up the wizard so i can start to install it to my web site??Once I get that I belive I know what I doing and can pretty well get it from there.So when or ware do I look to get this wizard p? Thankx to you all,for being so patieance and so helpfull..

If you have downloaded 2.0.9.2, the latest stable version, you should decompress the zip/rar file and open the folder

keep opening any internal folder named xoops-2.0.9.2 until you see 3 folder called 2.0.9.2 docs and extras.

open docs folder and then open install.html in your browser. It should open automatically if you double click it.
