GOT IT BACK UP
What i had to do was delte teh common file out compltely and re upoload it and ovver right it for some reason it asked to over right and I did see that. But i went in for the first time in my life phadmin and followed the steps and changed it to defualt and bang I was back up and running.Thanks again to everyone listing to me I used the cute ftp program to reupload and new common file but if I would of just followed the steps intead of being afraid of messing with the phadmin areas I wouldn't of had to replace the common file to begine with.So anyone else runs into this problem I suggest don't touch the files in your cpanels go the other way casue it wasn't but and few click and done .
