I have added a new block called "games" but how do i insert content into it ?

example.... there is a block called "Top Posters" which has a list of new people.

example.... there is a block called "Main Menu" which has a list of links to various modules.

HOW do i get a list of links in here to some games for example ?

Under the BLOCK management..... I cant see anything or am i looking in the wrong place ?....

Help PLEASE if you can spare the time.
