The ability to manage repeating events is not available in any of the XOOPS calender modules and in my opinion a big disadvantage

You have to try piCal - it has this function

First, it looks like your calendar will be excellent. But Beta 2's file isn't located for download. I click on the link and it gives me an error.

As for features, I posted this in the beginner's section and your calendar is the closest (from what I can tell) to what I need. There is a calendar for PHPNuke called KalendarMx which is a german product, but is very slick. It color codes category's (like yours) but with a small colored icon. That icon then is displayed next to the event and on the bottom it shows what each icon means. It also offers scrolling events, so if there are multiple events, it will scroll thru them to help reduce the space that is used. Very cool feature. If you wanted to see it running, go tohttp://www.koltz.com/rrsd for my test PHPNuke site. My XOOPS site which is what I will be switching to once I have finalized everything is athttp://www.koltz.com/rrsd2.

As for installing Beta 1, there weren't any docs and I can access it in admin, but when I activate it for the live site, my XOOPS site goes blank (nothing comes up at all until I deactiviate the block). I am running 2.0.92.

Thanks, Corey

Got it downloaded, but I am still having problems.

1st - When I activate any of the blocks, my page does not display, just blank screen.

2nd - Anything suppose to come up in the Index tab?

3rd - When I add an event, it submits it, but doesn't keep, no events for some reason save or show?

4th - Anything supposed to come up in Link an Event? Mine is blank.

I am running 2.0.92 and pretty much a fresh install with a few non-beta/prerelease mods installed. I am also kind of new to Xoops. So not always sure what are default install setups are. I know some of the mods required chmod's to certain files or dirs. But can't find anything in regards to that for this one?

Thanks, Corey

I'm sorry but i won't debug this version : http://dev.xoops.org/modules/xfmod/forum/forum.php?forum_id=800

You have to use this version only on dev site without support.
