How to add Recent Topics?

People,

I can't add Recent Topics like the XOOPS page.
The problem is, I can add the forum stuff in the blocks section only for people that are logged in
To anonymous I can't.

So i can't add the forum stuff to people that are not logged in

When you are setting your blocks you have a drop down box right at the top for selecting which group you are doing the settings for. Select anonymous as a group and tick away.

I also have this problem. I do change to the anonymous group selected. I then add my own block. After saving this block the screen is refreshed automatically and the group changes back to registered and the block I just added has been added here instead of anonymous.
