It is all in the permissions that you set. Don't give the unwanted groups global or other unwanted rights and bingo. newbb1 had limited private rights but newbb2 goes further.

BTW, the lines on your site "Your network Now" and "Coming Soon" sounds a little strange when put together as they are.

well there are only three groups webmasters ano users and registered does a mod fall under webmaster?
