Sticky and Announcements For NewBB 2.0.2

Just wondering why there is no way of making a topic a announcement or sticky in the latest newbb forum module??

If it was part of the original I would of thought it would of been also incorporated with the latest release!

Is there any way of putting this in the next release or can there be a way of doing it now with this latest one.

Make this topic sticky is available under the topic options when I am viewing a post.

newbb is not a stand alone forum and build to use only for XOOPS so in my oponion no need for make a topic as announcement.
you can always use custom blocks for announcements.

No worries kiwiguy, over time all the blond wears off, then you become grey like me.

LOL why do my icons for the drop down menus are blue but on this site there white is there any way toedit them to chage colour?
