*mumbles to myself, if i see this question once more i'm gonna scream*

use the search function and search for blank page after install, or read through the XOOPS FAQ section and documentation.. all your answers are in there.. the search function is there to be used and you will find this question being asked and asked and asked over and over again all with the same replies..

Verify that the file system_blocks.php was uploaded correctly to your server.

If that doesn't help, what are your versions of PHP, MySQL and XOOPS?

P.S. Posting the same question in the forum, and as comments on two separate FAQs is not very polite. And the FAQ comments are intended to be references (answers), not places to ask for help.

line 415: reads as:

include_once XOOPS_ROOT_PATH.'/include/comment_constants.php';

in my system_blocks.php

i would do as Dave says and check that ur files were uploaded correctly and that any aren't corrupted during upload..

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /usr/home/deb1454/domains/alhoceimaweb.com/public_html/mainfile.php on line 32

I have re-uploaded the file mainfile.php but still I get the same error message. I am using the lastest version of XOOPS I downloaded for your website. I have phpMyAdmin 2.7.0-pl2. I don't know how to get my MySQL version.
I am still new in Php stuff, I never used it before. I wonder if I have to install something related to php, U created a simple data base for Xoops. Please tell me how to have XOOPS work properly on my server.

Best regards.

Ps: Thank you guys for this website.
