I'm having a rather odd permissions issue. Since updating my blogging module (Popnupblog) and the forum module (Newbb), when I try to go to the polls or blogs while logged in as the webmaster, I get an error that I don't have permissions to view that object, and then I'm logged out.

I've checked group permissions and block settings and they are correct. I've checked and both my cache and template directories are set to 777. I've completely removed and reinstalled the poll, forum, and blog modules with no change in behavior.

Does anyone have any ideas what may be going on?

just a check.. are you behind a firewall? as blocked http headers can cause that problem..

It was a good thought as I was behind a firewall, but I switched to a machine without one and I'm still having similar problems.
