I just convinced my newest client to switch their site over to XOOPS (yeah!) and I'm having trouble with XHLD. I have installed multiple instances of it just fine, but I need to remove:

Headlines

Recent Headlines

From the bottom of the pages. My client just wants the news links that appear in the first block, and no summaries below. I've turned off the second block, but these two things are still visible. I tried modifying the templates, but could not find where to remove the above two lines.

Here's the site. You can see the Headlines, Recent Headlines on the bottom of the default page, and at the bottom of all of the other news topic pages.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Re: XHLD Question

Hide XHLDs from main menu and on needed pages show only "Recent" blocks...
You can see idea at first page of http://themes.xoops2.ru (4-th center-center block), and, well, compare your module's index page with my - my look different and probably exactly as you want - http://modules.xoops2.ru/modules/xhld0/ (/xhld1/ aslo usable)
