I found a lot of information about database backup, downloaded some modules. But how to restore it? I downloaded phpmyadmin but still can't find out how to do it.

If you use phpMyAdmin to export a database structure and it's data as an SQL file, you can restore it by just feeding that file to the database to be executed.
