for some reason XOOPS dosn't handle tables and borders. I can get my tables to display but not all the borders. the only borders that display is the ones ouside of the table. any borders on the inside of the table dosn't show up at all. how can i fix this issue. i know this is a XOOPS bug cause i have tested it out on other XOOPS systems all the same version and i get the same error. XOOPS is suppose to handle html but it seems that it dosn't. i need to use tables and can't i need to know how to fix this ASAP.
