I get this error when I make a new account:

On line 222 this is what it has:

Where's the error and how do I fix it?

this error is displayed when your host runs PHP 4.3.10, without having upgraded their Zend engine to the latest version as well...

You can't do that yourself, I'm afraid, as this is server maitenance. Contact your host about upgrading their Zend engine. The PHP site and Zend site should have plenty of information on this issue and why they should upgrade both in order to avoid the issues you now face.
