NewBB2 index page (my own rare single problem) broken

As subject said, I saw today approx. hour ago broken page at
http://xoops-themes.jungles.net.ru/modules/newbb/
Not a big deal reinstall (empty forums), but I want to know reason for such glitch.
All data saved intact - I can reach all forums directly, problems have only index page.
Tried (in this order):
Re-generate template for index page
Update module
Clean template_c
Copy index.php from another site on same host

The templateset you are using is not the templates from the newbb 2.0 Final maybe you use different?

Impossible...
Index page was OK even today morning
It's fresh install with NewBB2 only (templateset created after install and is now "dumb copy")
And I kiied template (only one - for index page) and regenerate it

I can leave NewBB as is some time, give you admin rights, if you'll be interested

Reinstall will solve my problem, but I want be useful in some ways (if my little problem can be useful for somebody)

Problem fixed was the index template...
