Multiple instances of the same module ?

Hey all,

Would it be possible to run multiple instances of the same module ?
If the answer is yes (which in some roundabout way i think it is) would it require me to edit most of the files already in the module prior to installing it or would I be alright in just renaming the folder in which it resides?
I am thinking about running the sections module twice but am not totally decided on the matter as yet.

YOu guessed right ... i takes some serious renaming action (functions, tables ...)

Do a search for clone or just check into the faq.

Rightio, will do batman. Is there any cloning (software ??) thats proven to be better than others ?

You can details about, and a download of, a Perl script that clones WF-Channel at the link below. WF-Channel is a good module for adding regular HTML pages to a site.
