How do I make it so its flat default, and is there an option to set all forums as read?

Oh and how can I change the join dates?? Everyone is on 1969/12/31

Re: Question with the Forums

What version are you using?

To make flat for all users as default, change in Site Preferences General Settings. Per user can change in Edit Account.

To mark all as read, in Newbb2, under main options on the forum main page.

For dates, you'll just have to get members that did not register in 1969. Maybe time for new members.
Joking. I don't know about this question, so I leave to someone else.

I am not a member so I can't access.

Make sure in general settings that the default comment display mode is set to flat.

Using Latest XOOPS Version, do I have to update pnphpbb in a different way?

Isn't it the default forum that comes with Xoops? Or is it something else?

Re: Question with the Forums

Newbb is the default forum that comes with Xoops. phpBB is ported to XOOPS by a module developer.

Re: Question with the Forums

It depends on which one you are using. Newbb1 had a security update with the latest version of xoops. The latest version of Newbb is version 2 I believe, available from Module Dev Forge-newBB. Newbb2 does not use the newbb patch included with the latest version of Xoops.
