You mean like RSS? Have a look at tinycontent

I'm new to this, not sure what you mean.

I want to make a seperate script into a page on XOOPS (module).

You mean you want to port an existing non XOOPS script into an XOOPS module?

I guess? I just want to have a link on the side to it, and it opens inside XOOPS around the header and side bar. Like the forums do.
