Im getting the following error at the bottom of my admin page in WFS

Anyone had this before?
when im on my website and view the list of articles I get the same error at the bottom of the page, also when I try to look at a particular article I get the following: A blank centre section and the error code
Warning [Xoops]: Smarty error: unable to read template resource: "db:wfsection_article.html" in file class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1042
Does anyone know whats causing this?
