Last Post for Forum (Recent Topics Block) on homepage

I am having trouble with the Home Page's "Lost Post" field of the last 10 forum topics.

When I change the "Recent Topics" block attribute of "Display in Full Size" from Yes to No, the "Last Post" column is not populated.

Any one have an idea of how I can get this information to show?

Xoops is 2.0.7.3
