Do u know how to change the order of blocks in different groups of users?

Hi,
I'm trying to make different groups of users to see the block in different order. but everytime when I changed the order in one of groups, the order in the others were also changed. How can I deal with this problem?

There's only one weight for each block. You can't make it vary for different user groups.
