i'm wondering if it's possible to create my own custom page and include the content from a module/block?

let me walk throguh why i'm trying to do this. i want to create custom rss pages for a module that does not have rss support (pical - an events calendar). what i need to know is what i need to include in this page in order to be able to call in the content from a module (i.e. todays events, upcomign week of events).

ideally, after i do that i'd like to then customize the page with rss valid code.

i hope that makes sense. i'm just not too familiar with the inner working of XOOPS in this aspect.
