It works for most users "from a box" (but doesn't - for some and debug on these sites shows nothing)

I just installed version 2.0c, which I downloaded from XOOPS Malay. It seems to work quite ok: no blank page!
Just one problem: it does not show flags for visitors nationality...
Any idea?

Option to show online users is active; it shows correctly the censored IP. The only problem is that:
-on Mozilla Family Browsers, the flag doesn't show at all;
-on Internet Explorer it show a missing image icon.

did you run the install script?
and does the ie always shows NO image? or only on the startpage?

gain access to phpmyadmin... and check either iptoc table exist or not?
