Any good News letter modules to intro?

hi do anyone know any news letter modules that can send mail for few thousands of members without problem

or it can break and send the members into smaller group?

I take it using the mail users feature where you can select what group etc that is built into XOOPS is not sufficent enough. That is what I use and it works great for me.
