Yes, you would apply it to the tag, that "surrounds" a block, which should be the blockContent class div tag, making the code look like this

div#blockContent img {margin:5px;}

Just check the source code, when looking at a page. Look for the image you want the change applied to, and work yourself through the surrounding classes, that way you might find the culprit

If you need any help, I'm still on YIM for an hour or so.

Hey what is the use of xoops.css i've been wondering because I've been manipulating style.css on my themes.
Also how can I insert an image inside the block for exampl I want to insert an image inside the Main Menu.
How can I do this?

thats a different question really, and i think you'd be better opening a new thread for that.. if u read the docs in the left column on this site it will give u a lot of insight into how to edit those
