Clearly there is something wrong with line 89 in the template.php file stored in your mySQL folder.

I know very little about MySQL itself - have you tried having a look at the line to see what it says? It may give you a clue to what it is trying to do?

Can any MySQL gurus help him with this?

I had remove extra slashes / in notification.php it works but there are bus remaining w/c i ignore for now because as of the moment I can upload and download a files.
