Is this how it is supposed to look after installation? I don't think it is because there is nowhere for me to login. This is my site now: http://www.bcswebdesign.net/xoops/index.php

What do I do next. Extreme newbie here :)

try using the search function on this site and searching for your problem..

ie search for blank page after install

or something similar, which will throw up lots and lots of posts regarding this..

make sure you upload 100% completely...

the problem is with your template... is there any files at XOOPS_URL/modules/system/templates/?? and XOOPS_URL/template_c?

is your template_c chmod to 777?

Yes, I already did all that through my host. Do you think it is a host issue? Thanks for your help.

hmmm i'm gathering ur host uses fantastico?

seems to be a pretty common issue with fantastico installs..

if that was the reason, maybe it might be better to download the full version from this site and do it the better and preferred way by using ftp to upload the files and then installing it that way..
