MSIE gifs me another problem: after loging in as admin in XOOPS and the welcome greetings it brings me back to the login page. Firebird, Opera and Netscape are more friendly: they let me go in.

Im not a IE-Expert so I don`t know whre to knock the door .

Somebody can show me the right way ... ?

Although it's a biggy, I suggest you read ALL of it, because chances are that one of the postings in that thread will give you the solution. In my case (post 34 from memory I think) it was the MySQL table that tracks your logins that got corrupted and needed flushing. But it could be firewalls, cokkie settings and much more. Read the thread and good luck.

Thank you tedsmith. I will study all the postings. It must be in MY IE-Configuration (Desktop). In my notebook I don`t have any problem. So I have an idea where to search for a solution.
