News Module : Text links instead of the drop down menu ?

Hello, I have news and news2 modules installed at
My Site
(they are listed as "Missing Persons" & Unidentified Remains")

My question is this:

Does anyone know of a way to make text links to the various topics rather than using the drop down menu?

Basically, I want to change the block that came with the news menu to show all the links in text with maybe a little folder icon next to them.

Thanks a bunch in advance for any help

News 1.2.1 has a block called "Navigate Thru Topics" that does just that (no folder icon, though)

I updated my regular news module and am using that block.
Now have to figure it out for the news2 module i am using :)
