What determines the display order of the icons in the Admin Menu

I would like to raise my modules Icon higher on the Admin Menu. There doesn't seem to be a way to do this, am I missing something? I know I can control the display order of the Main Menu but I can't figure out how to order the Admin Menu Icons.
