right i've built a website and I want to use the XOOPS mylinks module in an iframe.

my question is how do i do this without having the surrounding menus etc appearing in the iframe as well which will throw out the design of my website.

i think this site should put up a big notice above the forum index,

Are you running XOOPS at all? As far as I know the MyDownloads module relies on the XOOPS framework and cannot be run as a stand alone module.

sorry bout posting twice but wasnt sure where abouts i should post this question.

I have XOOPS installed and running but really the only module that i want to use is the mylinks one (for now anyway) as I want to use mylinks to drive the links section of my site

anyone???

I'm confused as to what you want to do. If you have XOOPS and mylinks then you don't need to use iframe. You're done. If you don't want other blocks showing up then don't set (unset what is there now) any blocks to show on the mylinks page.

It sounds more like you want to iframe an XOOPS module inside another site/non XOOPS site. That could be done too with the right XOOPS settings and theme.
