Ok to my problem i have upploaded and installed XOOPS on my domain but only get a blank page whén trying to enter after instalation?
I now i shouldent write this but i dont get a single error message, i have read all our faqs and all they say is to look at the error message, thats just it i dont get one error message?!
My host is securemate.com!
Please help if you need more to work with just say so dont now anything more to say!

Looks like securemate.com is only a Windows system
you may want to find out whether your server supports php which XOOPS uses.

what language you speak?

I speak swedish!
And yes they support php and MySQL otherwise the instalation wouldnt gone perfect right?
I dont get a single red light on my instalation!!

try following These "blank page" instructions and see if you can get an error message to display.

Should the file ".htaccess" be a text file or what?
And when i put that in root should i try to reinstall, were will i see the error log?

the installation should be a step by step..
so at which point did you get the red light?
database? or something else?

there is a help file that comes with the XOOPS packagge. so you might want to check it out. Its html file i think.

Sorry if i wrote wrong but what i meant was that i DIDNT get any red lights or any errors.
because a cant config ither MySQL or php myself i dont now what to do next!

for example .htaccess.txt or should i just name it .htaccess?
And where will i see the log message, in the .htaccess file i made?
