is it possible to fix the rate at which this module refreshes? i've seen my ip twice, for hte past 10 minutes as anyonymous and logged in... how can I fix this?

if not can someone refer me to a good who's online script with details? similar to the XOOPS who's online. Thanks.

You would have to modify file:
/modules/system/blocks/system_blocks.php

Also you might want to try this module as a replacement for the default who's online module. It has all the featutes and more. It's from the malaysian support site. You have to sing up to get it, but it's worth it. It not only tells you who's online, but how many have registered to date and it also shows who's online and who WAS online and how long ago. You can see a working model on my site. You can get the module from here.
