Module for handling tournament invitations

A couple of times a year our chess club arrange tournaments, and I think a module that could

- display an advertisement for the tournament
- show the tournament details
- allow users to sign up online
- display a list of participants

would become very handy. Is there already exisiting modules that can perform these tasks, or will it have to be constructed from scratch?

Thanks for the tip,

It has some of the features I was looking for, but, as you said, it needs (quite) some work to become fully adapted.
