new to xoops...set up website this weekend...all new to me. I'm developing a site for teen chefs. Want to add a section for recipes and separate it into pastries, appetizers...you get the idea. Want the recipes to be sorted under a title that is recipes and then categories...what type of module would be best for something like this....blog could be divided by category.....but, I didn't think that would work out very well....there needs to be a way to search for a specific recipe and by type....

This is a very beginning question probably...so, any help would be appreciated.

Try going to http://www.wf-projects.com and get the wf-sections module. It's in a release candidate stage or beta stage, but it's very much suited to what you are looking for.
