Alright, I set-up XOOPS at http://www.keung.info, but the thing is Anonymous users cant visit weblinks and mydownloads, and I dont really want people to sign up.

goto admin, then select system module, then select groups.

then click the anonymous group and tick the boxes for module access rights..

You just need to set your preferences:

Goto Sys Admin Section -> Groups -> select anonymous -> tick the block boxes and module access right boxes, where you want anonymous to have access to

You might want to take a look at the Visual Intro to XOOPS
