RVirtue and I were discussing whether or not there could be a use for implementing Looking Glass in Netquery. What do you all think? Would you use it? Do you need it? Do you want it implemented?

Any thoughts, opinions, suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Hmmmm ... not exactly an overwhelming demand. I think you may need to refine/relocate your "target market" for that idea.

Anyhow, it's not a big hassle to add Looking Glass capabilites for interrogating routers (Cisco, zebra, etc.) if you think they might have even a small measure of usefulness. I'll build some IPv4 and IPv6 daemon queries into a Netquery v1.1 package and upload it to your dev.xoops project for you to play with.

I just wish whoever manages that XOOPS dev server and the XOOPS module repository would fix some of their broken features. Trying to edit/update anything in either place is a real pain in the you-know-what. Luckily for me, Postnuke's NOC is a lot easier to work with. I think you got the bad half of our partnership on this one.
