How do i enable I18N or UTF-8 based posting. Recently i saw a post at xoops.org with composed in chinese letters.. how did the poster did this. Does this need special setting in keyboard + O/S or it was copy paste of the chinese text from some other I18N supportive composer.

How can i enable my visitors to make there posts in there language using starndard english layout keyboard.

This might sound silly but.. truely i am yet to find out how this I18N texts are posted here.. I cannot type chinese or korean or for that matter anything other than english .. ya i can do copy paste from some other app or pages.

However, handling non-latin encoding is really complex.
