When I open xoops.org as a guest, I can see the module smallstore in the e-commerce section, but as soon as I login it disappears. Is it suppose to do that?

sounds like the permissions on that file are incorrect I'll go take a look at them.

yup - that was the problem. I fixed the permissions on your module, which should work fine now.
