Admin Menu....everything is gone

After going into the admin menu, I used to have all my modules and everything on the side, but I was in my forums, then went to the admin menu real quick and this is what I got.

make sure the /cache directory is writable and remove the adminmenu.php file (if it exists). Then go back to your admin panel - XOOPS should regenrate your buttons.
