Having just mended by Intranet set at work by flushing the xoops_session table in the MySQL database, I'm curious as to what may have caused the problem (it was the user being able to login but then getting logged back out again). It was only 8K at the time that it 'failed'. Using phpMyAdmin it just said 'in use' and if I clicked it I got an error.

Once it was flushed, all worked OK again. I gather the table is to do with logging in and out (from the news article I read) but it didn't really explain what it does. I'm just curious.

i'm getting similar problems... my XOOPS database everyday has "Overhead" on different tables, which in turn i have to fix with phpmyadmin... it's strange cause i have tons of databases running different scripts, some handling more traffic than xoops, but it is the only one it happens to...
